11. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice

Refunds and cancellations are not allowed when you use the payment services of Rive Money. All transactions are final once processed through our platform.

We will refund money to the source account only if there's a failure in fulfilling the payment service because of technical issues on our end.

Our refund policy includes the following conditions:

  • No General Refunds: Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • Technical Failure Refunds: Refunds will only be processed if the payment fails due to technical issues on our platform
  • Source Account Refund: Any eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment source
  • Processing Time: Refunds, when applicable, may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
  • Third-Party Services: For services provided by third parties (travel, utilities), their respective cancellation policies apply

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
